The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

Duration and Commitment: 3 years (with an option for extension if mutually agreed).

Working Hours: 8 hours per week (2 PAs).

Role Overview: We are excited to offer this dynamic role within NHS Forth Valley for an individual with deep expertise and enthusiasm for quality. In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in evaluating the impact of our Quality Strategy and helping to shape the future direction of quality across our organisation. Your insights and leadership will make a meaningful difference to our culture and the care we deliver.

Requirements:

  • Secure 8 hours a week in your job plan for this role.
  • Evidence of leadership training and previous leadership experience in Clinical Governance, Quality Improvement, or Service Re-Design and Transformation.
