Role Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor will:

• Cost and manage CAT A & B office fit‑outs (value range £5 M – £15 M)
• Run the commercials on an immediate £4.6 M boutique CAT B fit‑out in Clerkenwell
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director and cross‑functional teams to resolve changes

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong experience running own projects from start to finish
• Track record of full‑time employment in quantity surveying
• Experience with CAT B fit‑outs is an advantage
• Based in London or within easy commuting distance
• Proficiency with multiple costing software
• Excellent communicator and team manager
• Hands‑on approach with a permanent‑position mindset
• Computer literacy
