The Role We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graduate AI & Data Solutions Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in development and a passion for data. You will work closely with our clients to deliver innovative data solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role works directly in the office of the CTO, providing a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions. Strong skills in Python and data analysis. Strong communication and research skills. Strong skills in building web applications and APIs using modern programming languages. Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Proficiency using LLMs and effective prompting. Understanding of AI concepts and applications. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Daily, your varied role will include but will not be limited to: Collaborating with internal teams and the CTO to understand their AI & data needs and deliver tailored solutions. Developing and implementing data models, applications and AI tooling. Creating reports and dashboards using BI tools. Supporting the integration of data solutions with other Microsoft technologies. Continuously improving and innovating within the office of the CTO.
