Terumo Aortic requires a maintenance coordinator to manage PPMs scheduled through the CMMS system and monitor contracts with suppliers and arrange site visits. This is an excellent role which offers career development whilst working with a great team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all facilities and equipment maintenance services across the business, ensuring that the property is managed and maintained in line with relevant health & safety regulations
- Issue work orders and control maintenance planning schedules
- Manage new asset addition and coordination of maintenance schedules and activities
- Provide data to help develop performance metrics for key performance indicators – MTTR, MTBF, OEE, etc.
- Support coordination of incoming reactive maintenance requests
- Work closely with the maintenance team and external partners to ensure that all proactive and reactive maintenance jobs are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard, prioritising according to urgency and business needs
- Support ad hoc projects to continually develop the maintenance management system
- Support internal and external audit requests as required
Skills and Experience
- Experience operating a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
