• Hold a bachelor or master degree or equivalent in software engineering, computer science or similar disciplines that provide a solid background in design and implementation of large scale compute platforms.

• Five years of exceptional Java, Python and Linux experience.

• Five years of strong scripting skills to automate common tasks (Python, bash, go).

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting mission-critical components in a large-scale production environment.

• Ideally experience with data platforms involving hybrid on-prem and cloud deployments.

• Familiar with container technologies (docker, k8s) would be a plus.

• Experience with KDB at infrastructure level would be a plus.

• Proactive with initiatives and have an innovative solution-oriented thinking.
