Due to recent growth and newly secured work, they're seeking a confident Principal Designer & CDM Advisor to join their London team and hit the ground running.\\n\\nThe Principal Designer & CDM Advisor will be responsible for:\\n\\nLeading and delivering CDM consultancy services across a wide range of construction projects, from refurbishments to new builds.\\nActing as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor in line with CDM 2015 regulations.\\nManaging client relationships and providing expert guidance throughout all RIBA stages.\\nSupporting legal compliance, risk mitigation, and health & safety best practices.\\nCarry out site-based health and safety inspections and audits, producing concise, actionable reports.\\n\\nThe Principal Designer & CDM Advisor will have:\\n\\nA minimum of 2 years experience in CDM roles, ideally with exposure to high-value and complex projects.\\nIdeally NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum) and relevant memberships such as IOSH, APS\\nA professional, client-facing demeanour with strong communication and presentation skills.\\nA stable career history and the ability to manage projects independently from day one.\\nA proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality consultancy.\\n\\nVacancy Reference: PR/(phone number removed)\\nVacancy Owner: Nathan Thompson | (url removed) | (+44) (phone number removed)
