We’re looking for an entrepreneurial E-commerce Executive who’s equal parts digital native, brand lover, and roll-your-sleeves-up operator. Responsibilities
- Accountable for the day-to-day management of the E-commerce website, including POS / banner & content changes, Visual Merchandising and Product & Offer setup and optimisation.
- E-mail Marketing Channel Management – including the build, dispatch and reporting of automated and broadcast e-mails using the Klaviyo platform.
- Affiliate Marketing Channel Management – including programme setup, affiliate recruitment and commission validation and reporting.
- Co-ordinating the trading plan and ensure associated campaigns are delivered consistently across channels.
- Acting as internal point of contact for external channel suppliers (eg. PPC, Social Media).
- Proactively spotting opportunities and producing strategic recommendations.
- Production & circulation of Daily Trading reports and monthly performance reports.
- Support the customer service function including responding to customer enquiries via e-mail.
- Point of contact for external 3PL for order processing, stock management and returns.
Required Experience
- You will have 2+ years’ experience in the digital sector, preferably within an e-commerce role.
- Working knowledge of the core digital marketing channels: e-mail marketing, paid search, display advertising, social media & affiliate marketing.
- Some experience of e-commerce platforms and/or CMS systems, ideally Shopify.
- Experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok for business purposes.
- Excellent writing and language skills - you’ll be articulate and able to adapt your tone.
- You should be numerate and comfortable with data manipulation to produce reports and insights using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of image/video editing apps such as Canva/Capcut would be beneficial.
