Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join a small but expanding high street practice in the Bristol area.
The role will involve working directly with the partner in charge of the Commercial property team on a wide range of matters including:
- Buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties
- Services related to lease termination, rent reviews, and various landlord-tenant matters
- Assistance with business sales and purchases
