Key Responsibilities: Oversee till operations, customer queries, and till security Manage cash handling, investigate discrepancies, and report daily sales Train and support cashiers to ensure smooth operations Ensure exceptional customer service and handle client complaints Upload prices, prepare POS materials, and report client feedback Profile: 3+ years\’ experience in a similar role, ideally in high-volume retail Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Detail-oriented with solid numerical and IT skills Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Please be aware working days for this role will be Tuesday- Friday and requires someone who is happy working in a fast paced environment.
