The role holder will be responsible for assisting brokers with administrative tasks on the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Power Markets desk, including: Liaison with brokers and customers to collect information. Responsible for identifying and correcting errors, bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary. Responsible for ensuring that Company systems are continuously updated with timely and accurate trade information, answering queries as required. To provide support to brokers to ensure the smooth running of the desk, working under instruction. Work with the Infrastructure groups on a daily basis to address any issues that arise as part of the daily business activity. The role is identified as Conduct Staff as defined under the Senior Manager & Certification Regime and is subject to the SMCR Code of Conduct. The role holder will operate at all times in accordance with FCA and other relevant regulatory requirements and be fully aware of and act in accordance with relevant desk procedures and compliance and other policies and procedures.
