We are looking for a switched-on marketing coordinator for a creative and sustainably minded furniture business, based in the Guildford area, to help deliver brand vision and big ideas across multiple channels. The successful candidate must be a motivated and organised team player as they will be involved across the board, from campaign rollouts to photoshoots, partnership management to asset creation. This is a hands-on, varied role where the right candidate will play a key part in helping to grow a unique, design-led brand. There are lots of opportunities for growth whilst learning in this role.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential, and the ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a growing brand that values craftsmanship, originality and bold ideas. Two plus years of experience in a creative marketing or brand co-ordination role is essential, alongside proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). A passion for interior design, creativity, or the arts is a big plus.
Hours: 9-5.30pm
Based: Guildford area – driving essential
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage marketing calendar
- Manage campaign timelines / critical paths
- Manage marketing inbox
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders / freelancers
- Source and manage marketing collateral and production requirements
- Handle asset delivery to third parties
- Project manage photoshoots
- Support and uphold brand identity
- Lead the creation of marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Support art direction for photoshoots
- Maintain a creative partnerships programme
