The successful candidate will manage a team of 3 experienced marketing executives and be responsible for strategic planning and budget management to help the firm achieve its developmental goals. Working on a hybrid basis, the ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Day-to-day duties may include: Ensuring the delivery of the marketing strategy and managing all budgets Leading client acquisition activities Managing outbound marketing, conferences, advertising, and social campaigns Producing high-quality, insightful content for internal and external audiences Conducting and analyzing analytics to improve marketing outcomes based on data Managing relationships with key stakeholders Line managing a small team, empowering and guiding team members The successful candidate MUST have prior Marketing Management experience within a similar firm (Legal or Professional Services) in a B2B role.
