An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Commercial Real Estate solicitor to join one of the UK's top 50 law firms based in Ipswich. This is an opportunity for an NQ Solicitor with either a Real Estate seat, or a Residential Conveyancing seat during training, to move into a leading Real Estate team.
The Opportunity
Within this team, you will work specifically with clients in the Utilities sector, focused on supporting them with property transactions for IDNOs/DNOs, gas transporters, fibre providers, water incumbents, EV providers as well as assisting developer clients with their utility transactions. Your client base will be national.
The ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ - 2 years PQE (guideline only - applications from all levels considered)
- A seat undertaken during training either in Real Estate or Residential Conveyancing OR experience of carrying out title due diligence, Land Registry searches, dealing with property registrations, and obtaining indemnity policies
