Job Description
RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a business based in Glasgow have been established for over 20 years in the Roofing, Cladding, Glazing and Multi Trades throughout the United Kingdom
We are currently seeking a Multi Trades Estimator/Surveyor to strengthen the Company due to increases in our workload. We are looking for someone to estimate Contracts and be involved with financial side of the Multi Trades within the Company through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimate all Multi Trades Contracts in the Glasgow and surrounding area
- Ensure projects are handed over to the Contracts Department with clear breakdowns and all relevant information
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are priced accurately
- Conduct site visits and inspections to estimate projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Contract Department
Requirements
- Have experience 10 years Estimating experience in Multi Trades background
- Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
- Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
- Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
- Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
- Clean Driving License
This position would suit an ambitious individual who is keen to get stuck into all areas of the business, managing our current client expectations.
