The role
We\âre looking for an exceptional Deployment Strategist to join our postâsales team in London. You\âll be excited to work with the leading AI teams, shape a critical function for Encord & our customers, and accelerate your career in a fastâpaced, highâgrowth environment.
You will work closely with our Sales, Engineering, and Product function to drive adoption and valueâdelivery.
You will become a product expert, and work with internal teams (technical & commercial) to build a wellâoiled engine that consistently enables our customers to get up and running successfully, at scale, and grow with Encord.
You will be working on a mix of strategic work (ideating and executing on success plans, overseeing activation, building the groundwork for expansion opportunities) and operational work (identifying & prospecting new champions across our customer base, running demos, guiding tech teams through best practices).
You\âll be joining Encord at an inflection point â over the last 18 months, we\âve built a worldâclass team, raised our $30M Series B (from Next47, YC, Crane) and onboarded hundreds of the leading AI companies onto Encord. We work with many of the teams we all read about in the news â and take this ownership as both a big responsibility and an exciting opportunity to help develop leading AI products.

About You
You have 4-8 years of experience in a clientâfacing role in a highâintensity, fastâpaced environment.
You are doâer; you derive energy from owning & successfully delivering projects, and are great at balancing detailâfocus with biggerâpicture thinking.
You\âre a great communicator and enjoy running demos, hosting workshops and building a great relationship with customers.
You are curious and dataâdriven; you are eager to learn and understand the customer pain, seek data to inform your thinking, & care deeply about building solutions to those pains.
You are highly organized and great at managing your time across many competing priorities.
You are solutionsâoriented: you don\ât take no for an answer and are relentless, creative and strongâwilled.
You\âre ambitious and care lots about your career. You\âre probably happiest when working really hard and solving challenging problems. You know this requires dedication & some sacrifice but you think it\âs worth it. You want to rise faster than would be possible in any \ânormal\â career and you\âre happy to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is required.
You\âve consistently performed in the top percentile of whatever environment you\âve been in, whether in academia, business, sport, work, or whatever else you\âve put your mind to.
