We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual with business partnering experience who can engage with our senior leadership team and champion every facet of our HR strategy. This role will also be part of a large transformational project at site encompassing HR, so it is vital to have had some previous change management exposure you can demonstrate and bring to the role.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, you will support a fantastic team of colleagues – Circa 500. Support with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites. Support the ER agenda and lead/support relationships and key processes with unions at sites. Deploy the Business HR Priorities, as directed e.g. labour flexibility, OMS, LPMC, payroll optimisation, and T&C's standardisation. Provide HR support to start-ups and business wins, losses and transfers. Ensure employee performance management (sickness, discipline, grievance) is robustly supported. Support managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management including organisation design, forecasting resourcing needs, agency and identifying future talent requirements. Act as an advisor to managers to support compliance with HR policies.

  • Strong ER case management
  • Union experience advantageous
  • A CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent
