We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Agents to join a new and exciting team. Our client, a fabulous fashion organisation, is seeking exceptional staff to support their customers with a wide range of enquiries and queries.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Placing telephone/mail orders for customers
  • Responding to a high volume of queries via email, telephone, and live chat
  • Looking up stock for customer requests
  • Contacting customers to ascertain data omitted on orders
  • Knowledge of all product lines

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work FULL TIME AND COMPLETE VARIOUS SHIFTS: Monday - Friday and 1 in every three weekends.

Remote work:

  • Remote work on Monday and Friday
  • Remote work on weekends

Shifts ranging between 7:30 am - 9:30 pm, 37.5 hours per week, 3-month CONTRACT. South East London BASED - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE OFFICE.
