As Sales & Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial strategy – identifying, developing, and converting new opportunities across NGOs, corporates, utilities, and government bodies. You\’ll lead on client engagement, present funding and restoration models, and negotiate commercial agreements. The role also involves shaping a long-term marketing plan, managing a small sales team, and supporting the development of new markets in the UK and internationally. This is an opportunity for a commercially focused professional who understands environmental markets and is motivated by the chance to make a tangible climate impact. You should bring experience in strategic sales, marketing, and client development, with the ability to communicate complex science in simple, compelling ways.
