The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We have an excellent opportunity for an M&E Technician to join our Estates Team. You will play a vital role in reactive maintenance and ensuring the compliance of building services engineering systems for the University of Leicester.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for completing reactive maintenance tasks through approved contractors. Using industry contractor management processes and procedures, you will ensure the delivery of works to agreed timescales, quality, and budget.
As the successful candidate, you will have a strong background in a building services engineering trade. You will have good knowledge of health and safety, along with good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines, with a strong stakeholder focus. You will be able to evidence your formal qualifications and demonstrate a drive and willingness to learn.
