About the role:

We are recruiting for an Office Manager to join our growing and successful team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our agents and driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading the office team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, and upholding our commitment to outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, motivate and support the office team to achieve performance goals.
  • Provide hands-on administrative support and guidance where needed.
  • Organise and facilitate office meetings and regular one-to-one staff reviews.
  • Develop, implement and monitor adherence to office policies and procedures.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately to ensure balanced workloads and accountability.
  • Train, supervise and evaluate staff performance, facilitating professional development.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends and implement strategic improvements.
  • Support sales and customer service activities as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and NFU Mutual standards.

About you:

We’re looking for an experienced leader who is highly organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic. While previous insurance experience would be an advantage, a strong background in team leadership and operational management is essential.   • Minimum of National 5 qualifications (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
