This role involves setting the strategic direction for clinical services, leading medical and clinical teams, and driving transformational change through clinically led service development. Your influence will not only be across the Trust, but across the wider Devon Integrated Care System (ICS), as well as the peninsula and region, developing sustainable clinical solutions that prioritise optimal patient outcomes. Forging strong relationships with key members of the wider executive team, including the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), you will collectively provide strategic direction and leadership to clinical and operational teams. You will also work closely with the Chief Medical Officer for Digital and Research (CMO D&R) to embed digital solutions in clinical service delivery as we continue on our mission to be a digital leader within the NHS.
