Role Purpose: The Business & Portfolio Manager will work closely with the Head of Offer & Order Solutions (part of Revenue Management) to ensure the department operates at its full potential. The role is varied and spans different dimensions – all with the aim of maximizing team productivity and engagement. They ensure that we have robust, transparent processes and communications, an aligned vision, a cohesive plan, and a fantastic culture.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with the Head of Offer & Order Solutions to enhance team efficiency.
- Implement and optimize team processes, including standardizing portfolio management tools and reporting, managing feature requests, and improving interactions with third-party partners.
- Align departmental strategies by liaising with Product teams.
- Lead data and reporting initiatives, supporting KPI and metric definition, production, and visualization.
- Manage Process Executives and oversee cross-team portfolio management.
- Develop and execute a departmental engagement and wellbeing strategy.
- Drive continuous feedback culture, onboarding, training, and learning programs.
- Champion best practices and ensure robust Business Continuity Plans for systems and infrastructure.

- Knowledge of the airline commercial ecosystem, including PSS and PSS-dependent systems, is desirable.
- Understanding of airline Revenue Management and distribution techniques is advantageous.
- Experience working within Agile teams is preferred.
