Software Test Engineer

Our OEM Client based in Gaydon is searching for a Software Test Engineer to join their team, inside IR35. This is a contract position until 31st March 2026. Umbrella Pay Rate: £27.03 per hour. Duties: Test software applications or systems software. Develop and execute test plans and scripts to identify issues. Ensure the quality and success of various computing technologies. Perform workflow analysis, document test results, and recommend quality improvements. Collaborate with Applications Development/Systems Software Engineers to resolve software defects and improve product configurations. Manage configuration activities, including control of releases, version control, and change management. Automate software test cases using scripting languages. #J-18808-Ljbffr
