About Us: Warner Scott Recruitment is a trusted partner to global clients across specialist markets. Our Corporate Intelligence & Investigations (CII) practice has built deep relationships with leading firms in the sector.

The Role: We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to further develop our established CII desk. This is a warm desk with a strong client base and existing revenue streams. You will engage with consultancies, law firms, and multinational corporations, sourcing talent across investigations, due diligence, compliance, and cyber intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key client accounts in the CII space
  • Source and place high-calibre candidates globally
  • Leverage existing relationships to drive repeat business
  • Build new relationships through targeted business development
  • Provide market intelligence to clients and candidates
  • Work closely with a high-performing, collaborative team

Requirements:

  • Proven recruitment experience (any professional services market considered)
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in Corporate Intelligence, Investigations, and related fields
  • Self-motivated with a forward-thinking mindset
  • Ability to manage a 360° recruitment process
  • Also open to candidates coming from the sector looking for a commercial role
