Acting as the main contact for the service in collaboration with the Team Leader. Liaising with the Team Leader regarding the individuals supported and staffing. Working independently, using initiative, and seeking advice/support when needed. Building positive relationships with families, friends, and professionals, representing Diverse Abilities professionally. Attending all mandatory team meetings, including training and important communications.
