Site Supervisor
Job Location: NI
Sector: Civil
INFORM3 are seeking a Site Supervisor or experienced Site Engineer to work on a number of utilities, marine and WWTWs projects across Northern Ireland. The client is an established Civils Contractor with several live projects. They currently have a position available for a Site Manager or experienced Site Engineer to join their interesting and fast-paced projects.
The successful candidate must have a strong civils background and flexible with travel.
Site Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Senior Management
- Ensure the site is run as per the Project Plan
- Maintain a strong health and safety presence on site to ensure that the site complies with current legislation
- Supervise and coordinate the site teams and motivate them to reach targets and deadlines.
- Complete the site dairy, allocation sheets, record of labour, progress report sheets, plant returns, material returns and local site purchase sheets.
- Assist in emergency situations as directed by site management.
- Attend site and progress meetings
- Liaise with the Management Team, passing on relevant information regarding site progress
- Complete any other relevant duties
Site Supervisor Job Specification:
- Construction or Civil Engineering Background
- 3 years plus experience in a similar role
- Experience in civils projects
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Experience in heavy plant operations – desirable, not essential
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office
- Full Driving License
