A highly successful Legal 500 commercial property team are seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate to join their London office.
In this role you will be acting for developers, retailers, banks and lending institutions. A large amount of the role will involve transactional work but the team also advise on other areas. Typically you will manage a caseload of commercial property transactions including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, advising on and drafting commercial leases and providing portfolio management for occupiers and landlords. You may also provide corporate support and advise on secured lending matters.
As a senior member of the team you will also be expected to participate in business development activities in the firm. You must have excellent technical skills and experience in a broad range of commercial property. This is likely to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and possibly some property finance work. You must have a willingness to engage in marketing and business development and support of more junior members of staff.
