The role is office initially in Redditch and a salary of up to £26,000 is available. ROLE DETAILS Your role as Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant you will be responsible for creating content, increasing social engagement and for increasing brand awareness within the Business Change and Digital Transformation space. This will be both B2B and B2C and the successful candidate will have a real focus on content creation – including graphic design. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES: – Assist with growing social media channels including content creation, scheduling, and analysis. – Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and creative campaigns. – Design, create and edit engaging content using standard formats. – Assisting the creation of videos on duties – Analyse/review data for social media campaigns & propose new content. – Make recommendations based on social media engagement. – To engage with followers across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. REQUIRED SKILLS The Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant will have the majority of the following experience: – Youll likely have a degree in Marketing (or similar). – Graphic Design exposure – Youll be Socially Savvy and ideally have experience of managing LinkedIn and Twitter channels. – Any experience of the recruitment sector would be desirable.
