They are looking for an energetic manager to strengthen their personal lines operations in Jersey. The role involves managing a team of brokers who sell and promote insurance products and services to existing and prospective clients, maintaining close relationships with them. Candidates should have managerial experience in personal insurances or several years of team leadership in personal lines. Familiarity with the Jersey insurance market is essential, and holding a Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) or Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) is preferred.
