Therole
You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of a busy construction company and its projects from start to finish, working closely with project managers, site teams and office staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to project teams
- Managing project documentation and filing systems
- Assisting with procurement processes and tracking deliveries
- Maintaining records of site attendance, materials and costs
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders – establishing strong relations
- Supporting compliance with health and safety documentation
- Preparing reports and updating project schedules as required
Experience required:
Our client is seeking an organised, detail-oriented individual with a strong administrative background and an interest in the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within construction or a related field
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with the construction or related fast paced sector would be desirable
