Key Responsibilities as KS1 Teacher:
- Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver creative and inspiring lessons that align with the KS1 curriculum.
- Individualised Support: Cater to the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
- Monitor Progress: Assess and track students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

Essential Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status): Recognised teaching qualification for KS1.
- Experience in KS1 Teaching: Proven ability to deliver the Key Stage 1 curriculum effectively.
- Strong Classroom Management Skills: Create a structured and engaging learning environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Commitment to Safeguarding: Promote the safety and well-being of all pupils.
- Hold an enhanced child workforce DBS registered with the online update service, or, willing to apply for a new one through GSL Education.
