TeacherActive are proud to be recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work on a temporary, day to day, long-term or permanent basis. We have partnered with many secondary schools across Shropshire, meaning our need for high performing Cover staff is at an all-time high.
Our relationships with our schools mean that we can find you the position that\’s right for you, giving you guidance and advice along the way to ensure you are working in the right environment to as a Cover Supervisor / General Cover Teacher.
We have dedicated consultants that command a mix of skills and knowledge, coming from a background of both hands-on classroom experience and extensive recruitment experience. Many of our roles for qualified teachers have immediate start dates, with no need to wait until the new academic year to gain further experience.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
– A relevant teaching qualification would be desirable
– Experience with working with children in a relevant setting
– Excellent classroom management
– Strong communication skills
