The role involves implementing techniques such as ELISpot, ELISA, qPCR, and multicolour flow cytometry to assess immune responses to vaccination. The successful candidate will analyze and integrate data from these experiments and collaborate closely with research partners. RNA vaccines offer significant potential for disease prevention and treatment. A key aspect of this project is testing RNA vaccines produced on a small-scale manufacturing system, contributing to sustainable practices and the green economy. Qualifications include holding a PhD in immunology, vaccinology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Candidates not yet awarded their PhD may be appointed as Research Assistant with a salary range of £43,003 – £46,297 per annum.
