New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading international provider of business-to-business financial solutions in the search for an Account Development Manager to join its Vendor Finance team, with a specific focus on Telecoms, IT, Smart Devices, Mailroom, and CCTV. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global, stable, and dynamic organisation, well-established in the soft asset market, with a strong digital offering and a forward-thinking approach to finance innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities within the soft asset finance market.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and vendors.

• Manage a profitable portfolio while continuously seeking avenues for growth and innovation.

• Operate as a proactive new business hunter, developing the vendor channel and soft asset markets.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in Asset Finance, particularly within soft asset sectors.

• Sound commercial awareness and understanding of the financing industry.

• Strong knowledge of financial products including leases, hire purchase (HP), and loans.

• Highly self-motivated with excellent relationship-building skills.

• Willingness to travel and work remotely across the North West region.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience must be UK-based – applications without relevant in-country experience will not be considered.

• Background in Financial Services, especially within Asset Finance and Leasing, is strongly preferred.
