Microsoft Technical Training Manager - EMEA Region

Responsibilities Attract, nurture, and retain top talent by understanding their individual strengths and goals, supporting their development. Lead, influence, and manage a team of virtual trainers across various career stages within the EMEA region. Help the team adapt and learn; model resourcefulness and initiative to meet Microsoft Commercial Skilling Objectives. Support your team by observing and providing recommendations on their technical training skills, including chalk talks, demos, capstone projects, professional presentations, and learner engagement techniques. Build best practices for trainer excellence based on scientific and andragogical principles. Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management Proven ability to build deep working relationships with key stakeholders across technical, business, and sales teams. Implement clear communication strategies to keep trainers informed, aligned, and engaged with evolving business priorities. Stay updated on innovative technologies related to cloud and AI computing. Preferably experience working across the EMEA region. Embody our culture and values. Qualifications Strong people management experience, building effective teams. Experience in customer-facing training or consultancy organizations. Experience in training, education, IT, cloud systems, data centers, server environments, or related fields. Experience conducting or managing classroom training for technology products and services. Broad understanding of cloud computing, AI, Copilot, Security, and Migrations. Willingness to travel 0-25%. Contribute to regional and global projects, supporting change management and new practice development. Excellent communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. Microsoft Certified Trainer qualification (a plus, but training provided if needed). Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
