Team: Supportive, experienced team with specialists in surgery and ophthalmology, plus four vets studying for certificates. Equipment: Ultrasound, digital X-ray, dental X-ray, endoscopy, tonometry, slit lamp, multi-parameter units, in-house lab. Role: Seeking an experienced Clinical Lead/Vet to join their friendly team. The practice is purpose-built with all necessary equipment, offering support and development from an experienced regional team. Future partnership prospects and expansion plans are available. Key Responsibilities: Lead the team managing varied caseloads and demonstrate ownership. Be responsible for the veterinary team. Ensure high standards of clinical care and client service. Manage staffing and absence issues. Cover rota gaps when needed. Audit and assess team performance regularly. Complete all veterinary duties daily. Administer high-level veterinary care and monitor animal progress. Prioritize emergency and first aid actions. Collaborate with nursing staff and understand good nursing practices. Handle routine and complex consultations confidently. Perform non-routine procedures effectively. Hours & Salary: 40 hours/week, no out-of-hours. Salary starts at £60,000 .
