The Bridge Group Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for the role of a cook/chef for a warm and welcoming family-run residential care home, dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for our residents. We are looking for an experienced cook-chef to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our residents enjoy healthy, hearty, and home-cooked meals every day. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook nutritious, hearty meals that cater to the dietary needs of our residents. Create a variety of meals, including classic comfort food and seasonal dishes. Baking fresh treats, such as cakes, pastries, and breads, to add a special touch to mealtimes. Plan and manage menus, taking into account individual dietary requirements, allergies, and preferences. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Order and manage food stock efficiently to minimize waste.
