Responsibilities Develop comprehensive solution architectures that meet business needs and leverage CCM Generic expertise Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Design and implement solutions that enhance Metering Management processes and improve efficiency Ensure seamless integration of Field Service Management systems to optimize service delivery Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and business objectives Conduct regular assessments of system performance and recommend improvements Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into solution design Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance solution offerings and drive innovation Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution Prepare detailed documentation of solution architectures and implementation plans Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals.
