Your Role
- Do you want to work in an evolving environment where it is required to adapt to changing internal and external constraints? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- Generate revenue and grow client business
- Proactively keep on top of market developments and trading opportunities
- Facilitate client order flow by providing liquidity through internal capital or accessing third-party offerings
- Adapt to a changing regulatory environment and follow internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits and compliance policies
- Manage a broad range of risks, including but not limited to derivative risk, execution risk, operational risk, and compliance risk
Your Expertise
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and strategies
- A minimum of two years trading experience
- Good quantitative skills
- A critical thinker who communicates clearly and pushes for innovation
- A self-starter, able to create new solutions independently
