Job Overview
PayPlan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Grantham, England. This hybrid role involves 3 days onsite in our Grantham office and 2 days remote, working full time Monday‑Friday (40 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Deliver on projects, ensuring objectives, scope, time and budget constraints are met.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, budget and tools, to guarantee efficient execution.
- Guide and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring needs are met.
- Act as a problem solver, addressing issues that arise and finding solutions to keep projects on track.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the business, reporting on progress and ensuring regular communication.
- Champion continuous improvement and new ways of working at every opportunity.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role, managing multiple projects of varying complexity.
- PRINCE2 qualified or equivalent, with familiarity of different Project Management software, tools and methodologies.
- Ability to build relationships, manage conflicts and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Confidence to question and challenge others’ thoughts and ideas.
- A great team player with the confidence to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach to work.
- Ability to use own initiative and multitask.
