Our clients in Haslemere, Surrey, have an opportunity at their lovely nursery for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join their large and busy nursery, initially supporting the manager as a maternity cover role. Salary is approximately £32k depending on experience and qualifications, along with great benefits and onsite parking.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, you will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
  • At least 3 years of previous experience working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 1 year of experience leading and supporting teams
  • The ability to inspire, energise, and support others
  • A genuine passion for working with children and helping others learn
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • A firm understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements
