At Fyxer AI, we’re building something rare: an AI tool that people actually use—every day—to do their jobs better. Our product helps client-facing professionals like consultants, recruiters, and real estate agents automate the painful admin that eats up their day: email overload, scheduling chaos, meeting notes. Think of it as the AI Executive Assistant they’ve always needed—but never had. We integrate directly with Outlook, Gmail, and Zoom etc so it works with zero friction. That’s why people love it.

The Traction Is Real: We launched in May 2024. Within 9 months, we’d already hit $10M ARR. In February 2025, we raised $10M Series A, backed by top-tier investors like Marc Benioff (Salesforce) and 20VC. We’ve served thousands of paying users across the UK and US and now we’re gearing up to scale to $50M in revenue and beyond.

What you’ll be doing: We’re building for the agentic era of AI - where software doesn’t just support teams, it acts with autonomy to elevate them. As our Lead GTM Engineer, you’ll go beyond building tools - you’ll architect smart systems that empower our Sales and CS teams. This is a strategic, technical, and leadership role at the intersection of engineering, automation, and customer experience. You’ll not only design automation and deploy AI agents across support, success, and sales - you’ll lay the foundation for high performing GTM teams by automating the operational tasks, unlocking insights, and helping every human focus on what they are good at: building relationships, fixing complex problems and closing deals!

What Success Looks Like:

  • Drive your vision with autonomy: bringing new ideas, strong perspectives, and a bias for action. Success means defining what great looks like alongside sales and CS leaders, testing bold ideas, and delivering measurable impact across the funnel.
  • Accelerate the sales team with AI: From automated lead scoring and routing to AI handling first calls, reps are freed to focus on closing. Research, follow-ups, and CRM tasks are offloaded - driving faster sales cycles.
  • Expansion becomes insight-driven: Existing customer signals (usage, feedback, support data) are captured and turned into action - surfacing expansion opportunities and driving proactive, personalized engagement.
  • Handovers are frictionless: Every handoff - from SDR to AE to CSM - comes with AI-generated context and recommendations, so nothing gets lost and customers get a smoother, more consistent experience.
  • GTM systems scale with automations, not headcount: You’ve built infrastructure that augments every seller and CSM - enabling lean teams to operate like large ones.

Your Three Core Responsibilities:

  1. Build & Deploy AI Systems That Drive Revenue: Design workflows to support prospecting, deal progression, and account expansion. Deploy AI agents for tasks like lead qualification, CRM enrichment, pipeline hygiene, and meeting prep. Ensure reps are spending time on high value conversations - not repetitive coordination or admin tasks.
  2. Connect & Orchestrate the GTM Tech Stack for Scale: Integrate platforms like HubSpot, Apollo, Customer.io, Stripe and Intercom into intelligent, end-to-end workflows. Use APIs, event-driven logic or no-code tools to build reliable and reusable sales automations. Operationalize AI-generated insights across teams (sales, CS, marketing, product) to accelerate acquisition and expansion motions.
  3. Lead a Strategic GTM Automation Function: Continuously identify manual bottlenecks across the revenue funnel - and replace them with automations or agent-powered systems. Build foundational infrastructure that surfaces expansion triggers, aligns GTM teams, and keeps systems up to date. Grow and lead a small team of engineers or automation specialists as the scope of revenue-focused automation expands.

What Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

  • A strategic builder and systems thinker: You think in systems and seek scalable solutions - not one-off hacks.
  • Hands-on with AI & automation: You’ve implemented intelligent workflows in customer or GTM environments before.
  • Fluent in modern GTM tools: You know your way around Intercom, Hubspot, Retool, Customer.io etc., and can make them sing together.
  • Startup-ready: Fast, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and always experimenting.
  • A hands-on leader: You’ve managed engineers or cross-functional builders and enjoy leveling up others while shipping high-quality work yourself.
  • Customer-obsessed: You understand that automation is in service of deeper relationships, not at their expense.

Salary and other bits of info: This is a permanent role. Salary £75-100K+ per annum + equity + other benefits. Marco Giglio, our Lead Data Engineering, is the hiring manager. Location: London (Holborn/Chancery Lane) 4 days in office.

The application process: Submit your CV (no need for a cover letter). An initial call with someone from the Fyxer AI team to review your experience and motivation for joining (20-30mins). Product case study, remote (45 minutes). Live coding, remote (60 minutes). Meet team in office (60 minutes).
