Join the Global Internal Communications team for People & Culture (P&C).
About the team: P&C Communications sits within the Global Internal Communications team and is part of the Global Communications function. The team manages all P&C communications to PMI employees and the P&C community, working closely with Corporate Communications to engage externally. As a communications partner for People & Culture, we define and shape an environment that fosters growth and nurtures our culture to drive our business forward.
Purpose of the job: As a Manager P&C Communications, you will develop and execute communication strategies, including townhalls, webcasts, narrative development, engagement sessions, and leadership communications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead in creating communication strategies and plans for global P&C stakeholders, including Integrated Talent Management and Culture & Diversity.
- Manage communications to PMI employees to support P&C priorities.
- Communicate effectively with People Managers and Senior Leaders.
- Engage P&C communities, Employee Resource Groups, and deployment teams to support the P&C agenda.
Who we're looking for:
- Experience as a communications business partner for P&C (HR) in a multinational, matrixed organization or similar.
- At least five years in internal communications within a global company.
- Proven ability to create and lead complex communication strategies to enhance internal engagement.
- Experience in designing and executing campaigns with a good understanding of audiences, channels, content, and engagement principles.
- Strong project management skills, capable of defining priorities and deliverables.
- Resilient, able to work with high-level stakeholders, including C-suite, on confidential projects.
- Excellent self-organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Native English or C2 level proficiency with strong writing and review skills.
