Job Purpose
We are looking for an AI Change Manager to support the Manager and the Data & AI team in delivering a transformative Data Culture, Change, and Literacy Programme. This role will be key in implementing our new Data & AI strategic approach and roadmap, ensuring all staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to embrace data-driven change.
You will lead initiatives that build a strong data culture across the organisation, working closely with senior leaders, divisional ambassadors, and employees at all levels to create engaging and effective learning opportunities. Your work will be instrumental in embedding a sustainable culture of data literacy and AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Drive culture and change initiatives – Develop and deliver a tailored Senior Leadership and Executive Literacy Programme, ensuring leaders are equipped to champion data and AI within the organisation.

Build a network of Data & AI champions – Work with selected Divisional Ambassadors and AI/Data Experts to strengthen engagement and foster a collaborative learning culture.

Develop training content for all staff – Design and implement upskilling and reskilling opportunities at different proficiency levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced), ensuring accessibility and relevance.

Lead AI and data change and engagement activities – Take ownership of tools, content, and engagement strategies that drive effective and lasting change throughout the programme\’s duration.

Ensure clear benefits and measurable outcomes – Define target benefits and milestones, keeping change initiatives focused on delivering tangible results.

Monitor progress and adjust strategies – Establish leading indicators and success measures to track impact, refine approaches, and build continued support for the programme.

Coordinate engagement activities – Organise and manage demos, feedback sessions, training events, communications, FAQs, and social media interactions.

Apply best-practice change management techniques – Use proven tools and methodologies, including change impact assessments, to support staff adoption of new ways of working.
