My client is a well-respected London Market Insurer and they are looking for the Head of Digital Enablement to unlock their ability to deliver high-impact digital change at pace. This role will lead the creation of cross-functional squads that can rapidly test and iterate on business needs before they become projects (if they need to become projects). You will fill the gap between idea and execution, ensuring we respond quickly to emerging priorities and solve problems in partnership with the people closest to them.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Transformation: Lead the creation and management of cross-functional squads to rapidly test and iterate on business needs. Ensure best practices are followed in digital enablement and agile methodologies. Drive the adoption of digital tools and processes across the organization.
  • Team Leadership and Support: Provide guidance and support to squads, helping them to remove impediments and improve delivery processes. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Ensure teams are aligned with business priorities and objectives.
  • Rapid Response and Problem Solving: Respond quickly to emerging priorities and solve problems in partnership with the people closest to them. Bridge the gap between idea and execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
