Our clients are a growing, Gloucestershire based legal practice, with offices in Stroud and Gloucester. The business has been providing legal services to the people of Gloucestershire for over 260 years. They specialise in a vast range of personal and commercial law.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed legal practitioner to join and contribute to the success and growth of the family department.
A caseload of a broad range of family law matters including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedies
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation disputes
Family Solicitor experience to include:
- Qualified Senior Solicitor/Associate with at least 4-5 years relevant experience advising on family law matters
- Solid knowledge and experience in divorce, finances and private law children work
- Will be required to meet clients, attend court hearings and advocate
- Resolution membership or similar accreditation is desirable
- Compassionate and professional approach to sensitive client issues
- Ability and willingness to learn and manage workload in an efficient and organised manner and meet clients’ demanding requirements
- Understand the industry you operate in and the challenges you face
- Excellent communication skills
