Business Analyst (API/Integration)

Business Analyst Buckinghamshire Hybrid – 2 days pw onsite £500-£550 a day Outside IR35 Experience Required *Proven experience in business analysis gained within the insurance/financial services industry, working with highly transactional digital platforms *Experience in defining APIs and technical business processes *Detailed understanding of API design principles and exposure to associated technologies. *Working knowledge of API management tools, middleware (Mulesoft), and integration platforms *Have an appreciation and understanding of API design standards and technologies (e.g. JSON, XML, Swagger, RAML). Hands-on coding experience is not required. *Ability to utilise API testing tools such as Postman and SOAPUI to ensure solution integrity *Ability to break down high-level business requirements into epics and user stories (BDD & TDD). *Ability to capture, analyse, and elicit business requirements to create detailed technical business processes. *Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and maintain a customer-focused approach. *Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools. *Experience of leading BA delivery on complex projects or programmes circa £1m budget *Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders, end clients and external suppliers *Ability to work within high-performing virtual teams Please apply now for more information
