Key Responsibilities Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests following strict protocols
Prepare and process biological samples with precision
Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment (HPLC, PCR, flow cytometers)
Accurately record and analyse experimental data
Ensure compliance with GLP and quality control standards
Maintain laboratory inventory and order supplies
Collaborate with research scientists on experimental design
Qualifications & Requirements Essential: HNC/HND or B.Sc. in Biomedical Science/Life Sciences
1+ years\\\’ hands-on lab experience in clinical or research settings
Proficiency in molecular biology techniques
Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols
Preferred: IBMS registration or working toward certification
Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech environment
Knowledge of LIMS systems
Salary & Benefits £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (experience-dependent)
Annual performance bonus (up to 10%)
