Lakeside Foods is seeking Seasonal Maintenance Workers from June 1 through November 20 (estimated timeframe). Candidates should have a strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge, a solid work ethic, multi-tasking skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a team. Scheduling options include full shift or partial shift schedules with flexibility to accommodate schooling or other work commitments. Job Tasks include: Perform general maintenance, repair, installation, and modification of plant equipment and machinery. Perform minor plumbing, hydraulics, and electrical work. Possess adequate welding and fabrication skills. Learn all production jobs in various processing areas and perform related duties. Show a strong willingness to learn maintenance tasks throughout the facility as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Work at a proficient pace, be self-directed, and maintain specific job assignments throughout the shift. Follow all company regulations and policies, prioritizing employee safety at all times. Report safety, food safety, and production hazards or concerns immediately to supervisors or management.
