Noli is a Beauty Tech startup backed by L’Oréal Group, founded in 2024 to solve one of the biggest pain points in the beauty industry: helping users find the right beauty products for their needs. Based in London (Holborn), we’re on an exciting growth journey in the online beauty space. The role: As Noli\’s Growth Director / VP Growth, you will spearhead our ambitious expansion plans in the UK market from a business perspective, reporting directly to the founders/CEO of Noli. You will lead and inspire a lean team of growth specialists, overseeing all aspects of performance marketing, CRM, earned and organic channels, commercial strategy, and conversion rate optimization to achieve aggressive revenue targets. Key responsibilities: Own the Growth Engine: Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across all online channels, including paid media, SEO, earned and organic (including own social, PR, affiliates), CRM, influencer marketing, and conversion rate optimization, to achieve ambitious revenue targets within budget. Data-Driven Decision Making: Work with finance on forecasting and planning, and own the daily pacing and definition of growth strategy. Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels, providing regular data-driven insights and taking the required actions. Hands-on Execution and Optimization: While leading a team, maintain a hands-on approach to campaign management and optimization. Be willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the details to ensure maximum impact. Customer Journey Ownership: Collaborate closely with the product team to optimize the entire customer journey, from landing page experience and onboarding to retention and advocacy. Budget Management and ROI Focus: Manage and optimize the allocation of a multi-million yearly marketing budget, with a laser focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI / ROAS). Creative Collaboration and Impact: Partner with the Brand Marketing Director to develop impactful creative concepts and content strategies that drive performance. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketers, overseeing external agencies for influencer marketing and affiliation. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and evaluate emerging trends in e-commerce and digital marketing, identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance Noli\’s growth strategy. Requirements: Proven track record of success in a similar growth-focused role, ideally within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Deep understanding of performance marketing channels, including paid acquisition, SEO, CRM, earned/owned marketing, and affiliate programs. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach. Experience working with product teams to optimize landing pages and onboarding flows. Strong understanding of creative development and content strategy.
